Rigi2200
Rigi2200 is suited for rigid prototypes, master parts with
high tolerances, small and detailed parts, parts for visual
and aesthetical applications. It is a humidity-tolerant
material.
Poly1500
PP-like material comparable to engineering plastics; suited
for rigid, functional prototypes; large range of
applications (e.g. automotive components, electronic
housings, medical products,...)
TuskXC2700T/Tusk2700W
Tusk2700 is suited for strong, water-resistant prototypes
with ABS- and PBT-like specifications (e.g. parts for water
flow analysis, wind tunnel testing,...)
Flex70B
Flex resins are extremely flexible rubber-like materials,
suited for automotive and mechanical applications (e.g.
respirator masks, catheters, sealings, cushionpads,...)
DMX-SL™100
DMX-SL™100 has a high impact resistance, similar to
thermoplastics and is suited for very accurate parts with
high feature detail, complex parts with snap fits, rigid yet
bendable parts (e.g. packaging applications).
Protogen White
Protogen White is suited for general purpose applications
with ABS-like specifications and ideal for markets that
demand accurate RTV patterns, durable concept models, highly
accurate parts.

Poly1500
The first Mammoth models were built in Poly1500, a resin
perfectly suited for rigid, functional, large components.
TuskXC2700T/Tusk2700W
Recently Materialise has successfully introduced a new resin
in its Mammoth technology. It is a strong, rigid resin that
retains properties over a variety of environmental
conditions. Since many of the properties match those of
extrusion grade Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and
transparent grade Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), two
common plastics used in manufacturing, Tusk2700 has proven
to be very suitable for numerous automotive applications.

Tusk 2700 NextDay prototype
Poly1500
Poly1500 combines stiffness and toughness. This PP-like
material, comparable to engineering plastics is especially
useful in applications where durability and robustness are
critical requirements (e.g. automotive components,
electronic housings, medical products,...)
Tusk2700W
Tusk2700W is the material by excellence for parts with
ABS-like specifications. The Next Day models are functional
parts with a high resistance.
Protogen White
Protogen White is suited for general purpose applications
with ABS-like specifications and ideal for markets that
demand accurate RTV patterns, durable concept models, highly
accurate parts.

Objet VeroWhite
VeroWhite is a general-purpose resin and has a white
colour.
Objet TangoBlack
TangoBlack is a flexible rubber-like resin, suited for
automotive and mechanical applications. It is a
complementary material to Flex65.
Objet TangoPlus
TangoPlus is a flexible rubber-like resin, suited for
models that are likely to be exposed to long use or
rough handling.

Polyamide, One Shot stool
for .MGX
Polyamide (PA)
The powder, being a solid material, has the attractive
feature of being self-supporting for the generated
product sections. This makes supports (typical for
stereolithography ) redundant. The polyamide material
allows the production of fully functional prototypes
with high mechanical and thermal resistance.
Glass filled polyamide (PA-GF)
The use of PA powder filled with glass particles (PA-GF)
has a much higher thermal resistance and is typically
used in functional tests with high thermal loads.
Alumide
Alumide is a blend of aluminium powders and PA powder,
which allows metallic-looking, non-porous components to
be machined easily and is resistant to high temperatures.
Tra i materiali offerti per la sinterizzazione a mezzo laser
(SLS), vi sono le polveri della serie X, sviluppate
internamente.
La collaborazione con diversi
produttori di polvere
ci permette di offrire al mercato le eccellenti performance
di queste polveri, che le rendono particolarmente adatte sia
per applicazioni funzionali che di design o di
visualizzazione, tradizionalmente associate al rapid
prototyping.
I più
diffusi sono:
X (materiale "entry-level"): materiale
composito a base poliammidica, con aggiunta di alluminio e
vetro, di colore grigio chiaro. È un materiale altamente
versatile con elevate proprietà meccaniche, tra le quali una
rigidezza superiore, un’eccellente finitura superficiale,
resistenza all’usura ed un'ottima riproduzione dei dettagli,
se comparato ai materiali SLS standard.
WindForm GF offre un’attraente look metallico lucente,
apprezzabile in molte applicazioni, come in galleria del
vento, in applicazioni di design e in applicazioni
funzionali.
XT è il materiale SLS più resistente al
momento disponibile sul mercato. A base poliammide e
carbonio, è il materiale per eccellenza del Rapid
Manufacturing. Non è paragonabile ai materiali SLS standard
ed è particolarmente indicato per applicazioni in cui si
richiedano proprietà meccaniche superiori, prestazioni
altissime, in brevissimo tempo, come ad esempio nel settore
del motorsport.
WindForm XT si presenta anche con un’attraente look nero
scintillante, apprezzabile in molte applicazioni di design.
X-FX è il materiale "flessibile" della linea
WF. Di colore bianco, è l'ultimo nato della famiglia
WF per applicazioni RP ed ha consistenza e
comportamento simili ai pezzi stampati in polipropilene ed
ABS. WF FX è caratterizzato inoltre da: eccezionale
resistenza e resilienza alle ripetute sollecitazioni di
flessione e di torsione ed eccellente resistenza all’urto.

ABS
An ABS prototype has up to 80% of the strength of
injection moulded ABS meaning that it is extremely
suitable for functional applications.
ABSi
ABSi is an ABS type with high impact strength. The
semi-translucent material used to build the FDM parts is
USP Class VI approved.
PC-ABS
PC-ABS is a blend of polycarbonate and ABS plastic which
combines the strength of PC with the flexibility of ABS.
PC-ISO
PC-ISO blends are widely used throughout packaging and
medical device manufactures. The PC-ISO material used to
build the FDM parts is USP Class VI approved and also
ISO 10993-1 rated.
